Privacy policy.

When you join the waitlist we store:

• Your email address
• The language you used (English or Spanish)
• Optional: the platform you currently trade on, the markets you trade, and whether you build indicators
• Lightweight attribution (UTM parameters, referrer host) so we know which sources send real signups
• A hashed token of your IP for rate limiting — your raw IP is never stored

We do not collect: name, address, phone number, payment details, device fingerprint, or third-party tracking identifiers.

We send one transactional email (via Resend) when the beta opens. We add you to a Loops mailing list so the drip campaign can reach you with product updates. Both vendors are GDPR-aware and we have data processing agreements with them.

That's it. We do not sell, rent, share, or rent out your email. We do not run advertising retargeting. We do not enrich your record with third-party data.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after your last interaction — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete at any time and we will do so within 7 days.

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA/UK) and equivalent regimes, you can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold on you (we will respond within 30 days)
• Correct any incorrect data
• Delete your data
• Restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

Our database is hosted on Cloudflare D1, with edge caching in Cloudflare's EU and US points of presence. Resend (transactional email) and Loops (drip campaigns) process data in their respective regions — both vendors publish their data residency on their websites.

We use one first-party sessionStorage key to remember your attribution between forms on the same visit. We do not set any tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracker on this site.

If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.
