Recommend Deepwick. Earn when they subscribe.

1. What it is and who it is for

The Deepwick affiliate programme lets approved people recommend Deepwick, a charting, scripting and strategy-testing platform, and earn a commission when someone they refer subscribes to a paid plan.

Joining is by application and each application is approved or rejected by hand. We may reject or suspend an application without giving a reason beyond these terms.

2. How a referral is attributed

Your link is deepwick.com/?via=your-code. When someone who is not signed in opens it, we store your code and the time of the click in a cookie (dw_aff) for 30 days. If they open another affiliate's link before signing up, the last click wins.

When the person creates an account, the referral is recorded once and does not change afterwards. A person who signs up without your link, or after the 30 days, is not your referral, and there is no retroactive attribution.

Your own account does not count, and accounts that use your own email address under another spelling are held for review and may not count.

3. Commission

You earn 30 % of the net amount each referred person pays for Pro / Elite: what they paid without VAT and after discounts. A payment of 0 € (a trial or a 100 % coupon) earns nothing.

Commissions are paid on the payments made during 12 months from the referred person's first payment, not from their sign-up.

4. Approval and payment

A commission is pending for 30 days. After that it is approved and counts towards your balance.

We register a payout once your approved balance reaches 25 €. You choose how to be paid: manually (PayPal or bank transfer) or in Deepwick credit.

Taxes on what you earn are your responsibility. If you act as a business or self-employed person we may ask you for an invoice before paying.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

If a payment is refunded, or the customer disputes it and the dispute is lost, the commission for that payment is reversed. If it has already been paid out, we may take it into account in a future payout.

We also reverse commissions for referrals that break these terms or that we find to be fraudulent.

6. What is not allowed

Referring yourself or accounts you control; spam; misleading advertising; promising or implying profits or returns; bidding on the Deepwick brand name in paid search; and any attempt to inflate clicks, sign-ups or payments.

7. Say it is an affiliate link

You must make clear, next to every link, that it is an affiliate link and that you may be paid if someone subscribes (for example "Advertising" or "Paid partnership"), and follow the advertising rules that apply where you publish.

8. Not investment advice; no brokers

Deepwick is a tool and its content is informational. It is not investment advice, and you must not present it as such.

This programme pays only for Deepwick subscriptions. It does not cover, and you must not use it to promote, brokers, CFDs, forex or any other financial product or provider.

9. Data and privacy

You never receive personal data about the people you refer: you only see totals (clicks, sign-ups, balances). How we handle the data of affiliates and of referred people, including the dw_aff cookie, is in the privacy policy.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms. You can stop at any time. Commissions already approved are still paid if they were earned in line with these terms.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will publish a new version and tell you; when the change needs it, you will have to accept it again to keep earning. The version you accepted is stored with the date you accepted it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, like the general Deepwick terms.
