Turtle-style breakout: go long when price closes above the highest high of the last N bars, exit on a close below the lowest low of a shorter window. Includes an ATR stop. Open the Strategy Tester to see trades, equity and drawdown.
DMI/ADX in one pane: ADX above the threshold means there is a trend worth following; +DI over −DI tells you its direction. Handy as a filter for other strategies.
Session VWAP with standard-deviation bands. Price above VWAP = buyers in control for the session; the outer bands often act as stretch levels for mean-reversion entries.
When Bollinger Bands move inside the Keltner Channel, volatility is compressed — a squeeze. The histogram shows which way momentum is building; grey background marks the squeeze. A common read: wait for the squeeze to release and trade in the direction of the histogram.
RSI with regular divergences marked on the oscillator: price makes a lower low while RSI makes a higher low (bullish), or the opposite (bearish). Pivots are confirmed right bars later, so signals never repaint — they just arrive a few bars after the turn.
Classic Supertrend (ATR bands that flip with the trend) with the flip points marked and alerts on both sides. - Green line under price = uptrend, red above = downtrend. - Raise the factor for fewer, longer trends; lower it for faster flips. - Works on any market; try 4h on majors and gold.
