Terms of use.

Who we are
Deepwick is a brand of EV Trading Labs (“we”). By creating an account or using deepwick.com you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@deepwick.com.
Not investment advice
Deepwick is a research and analysis tool. It is not a broker and does not give investment advice. Backtests are hypothetical and do not guarantee future results, and market data can be delayed or wrong. You alone decide what to trade. Trading CFDs and crypto carries a high risk of losing money rapidly because of leverage and volatility.
Your account
- You must be at least 18.
- One person per account. Keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure; what happens in your account is your responsibility.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Your content
Scripts, ideas, comments and messages you create stay yours. When you publish something, you let us store and show it on Deepwick and let other users view it, add it to their charts and, if you publish it as open source, copy and change it inside Deepwick. The source of a protected script is not shown to others.
Only publish what you have the right to publish. No unlawful content, no misleading promises of profit, no spam and no malicious code. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break or overload the service, get around plan limits, extract the source of protected scripts, scrape the site in bulk or use alerts and integrations to send spam.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Elite are paid monthly or yearly at the prices on the pricing page, in euros, with VAT included where it applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you subscribe during the launch period, your price does not go up for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
- If we change prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.
- Apart from the right below and what the law requires, payments are not refunded for partial periods.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Write to hello@deepwick.com within those 14 days and we refund that first payment in full.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Deepwick available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Features can change. If we remove a paid feature during a period you paid for, we refund the unused part on request.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to us; paid subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Billing. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the period.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date at the top. If a change matters for you, we tell you by email before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim before its courts.
