Privacy policy.

When you join the waitlist we store:

• Your email address
• The language you used (English or Spanish)
• Optional: the platform you currently trade on, the markets you trade, and whether you build indicators
• Lightweight attribution (UTM parameters, referrer host) so we know which sources send real signups
• A hashed token of your IP for rate limiting — your raw IP is never stored

We do not collect: name, address, phone number, payment details, device fingerprint, or third-party tracking identifiers.

We send transactional emails (via Resend): sign-in links and the alerts you set up. We add you to a Loops mailing list so the drip campaign can reach you with product updates. Both vendors are GDPR-aware and we have data processing agreements with them.

That's it. We do not sell, rent, share, or rent out your email. We do not run advertising retargeting. We do not enrich your record with third-party data.

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your email address, whether Google has verified it, and an account ID that doesn't change. We use them only to sign you in to Deepwick and to recognise you next time. We don't receive your Google password, your contacts or any other data from your Google account, and we don't share what we receive with anyone. Our use of it follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You can disconnect Deepwick at any time from your Google Account (Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services), and ask us to delete your account at hello@deepwick.com.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after your last interaction — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete at any time and we will do so within 7 days.

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA/UK) and equivalent regimes, you can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold on you (we will respond within 30 days)
• Correct any incorrect data
• Delete your data
• Restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

Our database is hosted on Cloudflare D1, with edge caching in Cloudflare's EU and US points of presence. Resend (transactional email) and Loops (drip campaigns) process data in their respective regions — both vendors publish their data residency on their websites.

We use one first-party sessionStorage key to remember your attribution between forms on the same visit. Signing in sets one first-party session cookie, used only to keep you signed in. The app keeps your chart layout and similar preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not set any tracking cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any advertising tracker on this site.

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint your device.
