Accelerator Oscillator (AC) is the Awesome Oscillator minus its own 5-bar SMA — the change in AO momentum. Histogram that fires before the AO turns.
- Crosses of zero lead AO turns by 1-3 bars.
- Two same-direction bars of AC confirm the AO momentum.
- Pair with AO for a complete Bill Williams momentum stack.
