Inside bar marker — a diamond above every bar whose entire range sits inside the previous bar's range. Tight consolidation patterns that often precede breakouts.
- Multiple consecutive inside bars = compression; breakout direction favours the prior swing.
- Combine with volume to confirm the expansion leg.
